Russ Erickson joins AAM15 Management as Chief Financial Officer, bringing a big-picture perspective with a collaborative approach, a strong embrace of technology and a commitment to fostering clear and effective communication.

Russ’s extensive hospitality experience includes senior leadership roles at prominent organizations such as Davidson Hospitality, Magnuson Hotels Worldwide, CourseCo Golf Management Company, Auberge Resorts, and Larkspur Hospitality. His track record demonstrates a commitment to creating value and delivering results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

A graduate of San Diego State University, Russ holds the CHAE and CHTP designations from Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals, reflecting his dedication to continuous professional growth and a strong foundation in hospitality finance.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Russ has a deep commitment to community service. He has actively contributed to non-profit organizations, serving on the boards and committees of The San Francisco International Program, The Jewish Community Federation, and Achievekids.

Russ is an avid cyclist and outdoor enthusiast. He and his wife, Robin, recently relocated to the area, embracing a vibrant new chapter with excitement for new connections.
