Dan Messier is an accomplished professional who has been a part of the construction industry for over three decades. Dan steadily climbed the ranks of the industry. Throughout his career, he has held many positions, including Forman, superintendent, project manager, senior project manager, VP of Operations, and Senior VP of Operations. 

Dan’s wealth of experience and expertise in managing construction projects make him an invaluable asset to any organization. He has seen and dealt with a wide range of challenges and has always risen to the occasion, delivering successful projects that meet or exceed client expectations. Dan has been involved in many construction projects over the years including Large Retail, Apartments, Condo’s, many large manufacturing facilities, Assisted Living, Hospitality, Healthcare and Private Aviation Hangars.  

Dan Messier holds an associate degree in building construction technology from Manchester Community College and many management classes through AGC (Associated General Contractors) and FMI (Fails Management Institute). Dan also served as the President of Associated General Contractors of NH. Dan is well-prepared to begin his career in the construction industry and has since become a highly successful and respected professional in the field. 

Dan Messier joined AAM 15 in January 2024, assuming the role of Senior Vice President of Development. With his extensive experience in the construction industry, Dan is responsible for overseeing the development of new projects and ensuring that they are executed efficiently and effectively. As SVP of Development, Dan works to manage the development process from start to finish. His deep understanding of the industry and his ability to anticipate challenges and opportunities make him an indispensable member of the AAM team.
