The divestiture comes after AAM15’s implementation of significant property enhancements, including a comprehensive renovation of guest suites and public areas that substantially improved the guest experience and strengthened the property’s competitive position in the Burlington market. This transaction represents the culmination of our value-add strategy for this asset. Through targeted renovations and operational improvements, we were able to enhance the property’s performance and deliver strong returns to our investors.

During AAM15’s ownership, the property maintained its position as a premier extended-stay option in the Burlington area, leveraging its convenient location just off Interstate 89, less than 15 minutes from Burlington International Airport, and within five miles of downtown Burlington’s colleges, medical facilities, and vibrant dining scene. The hotel’s desirable amenities, including spacious suites with full kitchens, an indoor swimming pool, outdoor BBQ area, and fitness center, combined with AAM15’s operational expertise, contributed to the property’s strong performance throughout the ownership period.
