Kyle Sahlsten, associate director of New York, N.Y.-based Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality, completed the sale of the Tampa hotel on behalf of the seller, a related company of Sarasota, Fla.-based Floridays Development Co. Built in 2018, the hotel features institutional quality, concrete-block construction and includes an outdoor pool, complimentary breakfast, a fitness center, a business center and digital key access.

The deal for the property closed on February 12 and represents AAM 15’s third acquisition in Florida and the Burlington, Mass.-based company’s portfolio now totals 1,952 keys and 14 properties.
