Olivia Armstrong joined the AAM15 Management team in May 2023. With over 15 years of experience in Sales and revenue-generating roles within the hospitality industry, Olivia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization.

Throughout her career, Olivia has worked with renowned brands such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, and Hyatt, allowing her to develop a comprehensive understanding of the industry and its various nuances. Her passion for exploring different revenue streams and her dedication to achieving exceptional results have propelled her success in roles such as Director of Sales, Area Director of Sales and Regional Director of Sales supporting hotels throughout the United States.

As an energetic and creative leader, Olivia places a strong emphasis on mentorship and team development. She believes in the power of collaboration and encourages individuals to share their voices and perspectives. By fostering an environment where teams are fully engaged, Olivia has consistently achieved outstanding outcomes while inspiring her colleagues to reach their highest potential.

Olivia holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality business management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has a positive mindset in all areas of her life and is passionate about her family, travel, cooking, health and wellness.
