Jennifer Moylan joined AAM15 Management, LLC in January 2023 as the Chief Financial Officer. In July 2024, she was promoted to the dual role of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. In these capacities, Jennifer leverages her extensive financial acumen and operational expertise to drive strategic growth and operational excellence within the organization.

 

As a key member of the senior leadership team, Jennifer is dedicated to delivering precise and timely financial results. She oversees financial planning, risk management, and compliance, ensuring robust financial health and sustainability. Jennifer is also responsible for streamlining operations, enhancing efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

 

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Jennifer has collaborated with hotels nationwide, from the heart of Napa Valley, California, to the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Her proven track record in building efficient processes, optimizing resource allocation, and leading cross-functional teams has been instrumental in achieving organizational objectives. Jennifer excels in strategic planning, operational restructuring, and performance management, making her an invaluable asset to AAM 15.

 

Jennifer’s commitment to professional development is evident through her completion of the Hotel Management and Hotel Finance Certificate programs at Cornell University. Her academic background, combined with her practical experience, equips her with a comprehensive understanding of both the financial and operational aspects of the business.

 

A lifelong learner, Jennifer continuously seeks to expand her knowledge and skills. She is known for her ability to drive innovation and adapt to changing market dynamics. In her leisure time, she enjoys camping and hiking with her husband and their Australian Shepherd, reflecting her passion for adventure and exploration.
