Jennie Jurkiewicz

Regional Director of Food & Beverage

Jennie Jurkiewicz joined AAM15 Management, LLC in 2023 as Regional Director of Food & Beverage.

Prior to AAM15, Jennie has been an above property Director managing multiple hotels since 2017. She has experience in owned and managed full-service hotels, franchise operations and the boutique hotel market. Jennie has served in corporate hotels, leisure hotels and destination resort locations. She enjoys leading teams through the creative process of creating Food & Beverage programs and the art of service. She has opened or renovated more than a dozen hotel food and beverage operations in her career, from full scale scratch builds to brand affiliation changes to new concept design and development.

Jennie earned her degree in Business Administration from Berkeley College. She is an avid gardener and cook. Jennie enjoys volunteering with her church, leading high schoolers in Faith Formation. She enjoys spending free time with her husband and two children.
