The $30.0 million project is supported by $10 million in preferred equity, a $19.5 million construction loan, and a $500,000 contribution from Hilton. Strategically located near the Mass General Cancer Center, Mass General Danvers (¼ mile), Peabody Lahey Hospital (1.3 miles), the Northshore Mall, Beverly Hospital, and several colleges, the property also benefits from close proximity to downtown Salem (3.5 miles) and is within walking distance to more than 10 dining options. Together, these attributes provide strong demand fundamentals and excellent regional access. Designed with modern extended-stay suites, full kitchenettes, and sustainable features, the hotel will compete against an aging supply set averaging over 23 years old.
