Jim Wefers is a seasoned professional with three decades of experience in hospitality management and operations. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at AAM 15 Management, LLC, Jim has demonstrated his ability to lead teams, optimize operations, and drive exceptional guest experiences. In this role, he oversees multi-property operations, ensuring service excellence and financial performance across the region.

Prior to this, Jim held several key positions at AAM 15 Management, including Area Director of Operations and General Manager, where he successfully managed large-scale hospitality projects and enhanced operational efficiency. His leadership in Burlington, Massachusetts, highlighted his talent for balancing operational goals with a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Jim’s career spans a series of high-impact roles with top-tier organizations. As a General Manager with Marriott International and New Castle Hotels & Resorts, he demonstrated his ability to lead luxury and extended-stay properties, contributing to significant revenue growth and operational excellence. Earlier in his career, Jim served as Director of Marketing and General Manager at Waterville Valley Resort Association and Golden Eagle Lodge Resort Associates, where he honed his strategic planning and marketing acumen.

A graduate of Johnson State College with a degree in Hotel Hospitality Management, Jim combines academic insights with practical expertise to deliver exceptional results. His commitment to team development, innovative problem-solving, and guest-centric service makes him a trusted leader in the industry.
