Independent private equity real estate investment and hotel management company AAM 15 Management is pleased to announce the sale of 32 Madbury Road in Durham, New Hampshire, known as “The Compounds,” an 18-unit, 54-bed student housing complex serving students of the University of New Hampshire.

Since acquiring the property in late 2020, our team has focused on enhancing the asset through strategic improvements and the addition of six high-quality residential units, creating 17 premium beds to meet the needs of the local market.
