The divestiture comes after AAM 15’s implementation of significant property enhancements, including a comprehensive renovation of guest suites and public areas that substantially improved the guest experience and strengthened the property’s competitive position in the Burlington market. This transaction represents the culmination of our value-add strategy for this asset. Through targeted renovations and operational improvements, we were able to enhance the property’s performance and deliver strong returns to our investors.
