AAM 15 Management Acquires Home2 Suites by Hilton Tampa Brandon

AAM 15 Management has purchased the 125-key Home2 Suites by Hilton Tampa Brandon in a deal facilitated by Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality.

Kyle Sahlsten, associate director of New York-based Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality, completed the sale of the Tampa hotel on behalf of the seller, a related company of Sarasota, Fla.-based Floridays Development Co. Built in 2018, the hotel features institutional-quality, concrete-block construction and includes an outdoor pool, complimentary breakfast, a fitness center, a business center, and digital key access.

The deal closed on February 12 and represents AAM 15’s third acquisition in Florida. The Burlington, Mass.-based company’s portfolio now totals 1,952 keys across 14 properties.
