Jim Rataj, a distinguished culinary professional, is an alumnus of Northeastern University (Class of 1988) and the Culinary Institute of America (Class of 1992). His culinary journey began at Kelly’s Roast Beef in 1982, where he worked before joining the corporate team in 1994.

In 1994, Jim assumed the role of Corporate Director of Catering and Research & Development at Kelly’s Roast Beef. Over the next 29 years, he played a pivotal role in elevating the company’s catering services and introducing innovative menu items. His expertise and commitment were instrumental in establishing Kelly’s Roast Beef as a leader prior to joining AAM15 in 2023.

His educational background, coupled with his transformative role at Kelly’s Roast Beef, exemplifies a career built on excellence, dedication, and a profound respect for the culinary arts.
